MY PLACE REWARDS SWEEPSTAKES
Official Rules



NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.


ELIGIBILITY: My Place Rewards Sweepstakes : (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents (including Puerto Rico), who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, members of the My Place Rewards program, and enrolled to receive marketing communications from Sponsor (as defined below). If you are not a member of the My Place Rewards program, joining the My Place Rewards program is free and is subject to the My Place Rewards Terms and Conditions, available at childrensplace.com/us/help-center/myplacerewards#termsandconditions. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of The Children’s Place Services Company, LLC (“Sponsor”), or other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.


SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The first Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 6, 2022 and end at 11:59 pm ET on April 30, 2022 ("April Sweepstakes"). Following the April Sweepstakes, each Sweepstakes will begin on the first day of the month and end at 11:59 ET on the last day of the month (each, including the April Sweepstakes, a "Monthly Period"). Each Monthly Period will be its own separate and distinct sweepstakes. If, at any point, Sponsor decides to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, notice will be posted at childrensplace.com/us/content/mpr-sweepstakes


TO ENTER: During any Monthly Period, there are two (2) ways for My Place Rewards members to enter:

  • In-Store Purchases: Make a purchase at a The Children’s Place store located in the United States or Puerto Rico to receive one (1) entry into the applicable drawing. All applicable store terms apply, including any return and refund policy.
  • Free Online Entry Method: To enter without making a purchase, visit childrensplace.com/us/content/online-entry and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form.


WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Potential winner for each Monthly Period will be selected in a random drawing on or about five (5) days following the end of the applicable Monthly Period from among all eligible entries received for that Monthly Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Period. Non-winning entries from one Monthly Period will not be included in any subsequent Monthly Period.


PRIZE (One (1) per Monthly Period): $500 The Children’s Place eGift Card. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500). Terms and conditions apply to use of eGift Card. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winner’s responsibility. No transfer, cash equivalent or substitution of prize, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.


PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.


GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters; and (ii) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims or liability that may arise, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of prize awarded, including, without limitation, any personal injury, illness, death or damage to or loss of property. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled transactions, member enrollments, emails, notifications, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or any website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any Monthly Period) should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner of the Monthly Period at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF AN ENTRANT’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED; WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.


USE OF DATA: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at childrensplace.com/us/help-center/policies#privacypolicy.


WINNERS LIST: For the name (first name last initial and state of residence) of any Monthly Period winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “My Place Rewards Winner’s List Request (please specify month), c/o The Children’s Place, Attn: Marketing, 500 Plaza Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094, for receipt no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable Monthly Period.
