You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order's tracking details and carrier information. Please keep in mind that tracking details may not be available 24-48 hours from shipment time.
Although you may receive an Order Number, in-stock items will only be shipped once the order is processed, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. This process may delay your shipment and could result in your order being canceled. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.
For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.
Additionally, during peak timing, large sales events or federal holidays, there may be delays in processing time which will impact the above shipment estimates. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. If your order is delayed, you will receive an email. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.
We cannot ship one order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship items to separate addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Orders placed using Standard Service will typically be delivered 7 to 10 business days from the date you place your order, subject to item availability, credit authorization and address verification. Orders will ship via Canada Post, Purolator or FedEx depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Canada. For delivery to rural routes or extended areas, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping orders placed before 12pm ET Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) will usually ship on the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays). Express Service orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET will ship on Monday.

We’ll always try to ship an entire order together, but there are times certain items will ship from different fulfillment centers or directly from local stores. This is all based on inventory availability. In the event we need to split your order, you’ll receive an email that will include the expected ship dates and items in each shipment.
When we divide an order into multiple shipments, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee. In the event there is a shipping charge, it will only apply to the first shipment.
If paying with credit card, no. Only one authorization hold will remain on the account until all items in the order have shipped. Please note the original authorization hold will remain until all shipments have been completed.
If paying with Apple Pay, yes. There may be multiple authorization holds on the account until all items in the order have shipped; Reauthorizations happen after each shipment is processed and occur on the amount of the balance of items that have not yet shipped. Please be advised that the time it takes for authorization holds to drop is dictated by the issuing bank.
