We offer both plastic and digital gift cards (brand offerings may vary). Plastic gift cards can be bought in stores. Digital eGift cards can be ordered and sent to a recipient via email. Gift cards are the perfect gifts!
Plastic gift cards can be bought in stores and gifted immediately.
To order an eGift Card online, you must have a valid billing address and a credit or debit card. For an eGift Card, you will receive an email at the same time the recipient receives the eGift Card email and when the eGift Card is viewed. If the eGift Card is not viewed within 7 business days, another email will notify you.
You may purchase a plastic gift card in stores in any amount up to $299. You may purchase a digital eGift Card in any amount from $5-$299.
For plastic gift cards purchased in stores, you will be charged immediately at checkout. For digital eGift Cards ordered online, you will be charged when the eGift Card is sent to the recipient.
No, you may not use a coupon if a gift card or digital eGift Card is included in that purchase.
Your gift card or digital eGift Card can be used online at childrensplace.com, gymboree.com, or in The Children’s Place stores. To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN on the payment page at checkout. To redeem in stores, present the plastic gift card or the eGift Card page from your mobile device at checkout.
On plastic gift cards, your gift card number can be found on the back of your card. On digital eGift Cards, your gift card number can be found in the email sent to you.
A PIN is a personal identification number that is unique to your gift card. On plastic gift cards, your PIN number can be found on the back of your card and revealed by lightly scratching off the security tape. On digital eGift Cards, your PIN number can be found in the email sent to you.
If the amount of the gift card doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method. NOTE: Unlike a credit card, the value of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card as soon as your order is submitted.
Please hold onto the gift card(s) even if you have used the total value. In case of any order adjustment or cancellation, a credit will be issued to the original gift card(s).
It's important to keep your gift card, even if there is no value left on it, until your order has arrived and you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of any order adjustment, including returns, the credit will be issued to the gift card used for the purchase even if you lost or misplaced the gift card.

When making a return within 45 days of the original purchase date, where the original form of payment is not available, a merchandise credit will be issued. Merchandise credit is not redeemable for cash (unless required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without customer permission.
If your merchandise credit has a pin number, it's redeemable online and in stores. Merchandise credits without a pin number can only be redeemed in stores.
