$15 OFF $30+ PLACE BUCKS EARNING OFFER

*From March 25 - April 20, 2025 (earning period) each qualifying transaction that includes $30 or more of eligible The Children’s Place or Gymboree branded merchandise made at a participating store in Canada or online at childrensplace.com or gymboree.com is eligible to earn a $15 PLACE Bucks coupon. If a qualifying transaction is made online, order must be shipped within Canada. To qualify for issuance of PLACE Bucks, a single transaction must include $30 or more of eligible merchandise. Qualifying purchase amount is the transaction total for eligible merchandise and gift wrap products after any coupons or other discounts are applied, and minus any returns, refunds or credit adjustments, and does NOT include taxes, shipping, purchases of gift cards, clearance, or third-party, co-branded & licensed merchandise. There is no limit to the number of coupons you can earn during the promotion period. Separate transactions may not be combined to meet $30 threshold. $15 PLACE Bucks coupon is valid from April 21-30, 2025 (redemption period) and is redeemable toward a qualifying purchase of $50 or more. PLACE Bucks are subject to the terms and conditions specified on the coupon and must be redeemed during the stated redemption period. Valid for one-time use only.

If you elect to return any eligible merchandise from a transaction that qualified for PLACE Bucks, the transaction total of eligible merchandise will be re-evaluated and PLACE Bucks will be adjusted or voided. PLACE Bucks may not be purchased, duplicated, traded or sold. Internet distribution strictly prohibited. PLACE Bucks are not redeemable for cash or merchandise credit and have no cash value. Employees of The Children’s Place do not qualify for issuance or redemption of PLACE Bucks. Offer may be cancelled or modified by The Children’s Place, Inc. at any time, it its sole and absolute discretion. Use of offer is unconditional acceptance of its terms. Void where prohibited. Redemption Terms & Conditions

$15 OFF $50+ PLACE BUCKS COUPON

Valid April 21-30, 2025. Valid on qualifying transaction that includes $50 or more of eligible The Children’s Place or Gymboree branded merchandise only at participating stores in Canada or online at childrensplace.com or gymboree.com only. Valid on qualifying orders shipped within Canada only. Qualifying purchase amount is the transaction total for eligible merchandise and gift wrap products after any coupons or other discounts are applied, and minus any returns, refunds or credit adjustments, and does NOT include taxes, shipping, purchases of gift cards, clearance, or third-party, co-branded & licensed merchandise. PLACE Bucks will be applied as a percentage discount on each eligible item in your transaction but will appear as a dollar amount applied. In a single transaction, you may redeem one (1) $15 PLACE Bucks coupon per $50 spent on eligible merchandise (i.e. two (2) $15 PLACE Bucks may be used on a single transaction that includes $100 in eligible merchandise), net of gift card purchases, applicable discounts or promotions and before applicable taxes and shipping fees are applied, but you may only redeem up to twelve (12) PLACE Bucks coupons per transaction. Cannot be combined with any other offer except up to eleven (11) PLACE Bucks coupons. Not valid in conjunction with The Children’s Place associate discount. Valid for one-time use only.

PLACE Bucks not valid toward purchase of gift cards, previously purchased merchandise, credit card payments, clearance or third-party, co-branded & licensed merchandise. Cannot be redeemed in a closing store, in conjunction with any in-store or online site-wide percentage-off event or on bulk purchases. Returns and exchanges are subject to discount taken at time of redemption.
